We are situated on the Middlewich branch of the Shropshire Union Canal, left out of the entrance leads to Barbridge Junction and right is heading towards Middlewich, which makes us a perfect place to moor. Each Mooring has wireless broadband internet access and an electrical hookup. All jetties have lighting and water.

General Duties: Whilst maintaining supportive team relationships for the overall good of the P+L you will, in line with relevant service level agreements, optimise the Brokerage Department.
Responsible for getting enough vendors signed up to the Brokerage to hit/exceed budgeted commission income figures
Delivery of Brokerage sales including administrational tasks such as production of brokerage information sheets, videos and pictures, performing to KPI’s set by the board
Develop of Brokerage sales processes and utilisation of current systems including Act. This includes the development of the sales funnel process i.e. taking a customer from enquiry to sale
Develop Brokerage products, services and income streams, new sales, B2B relationship with suppliers and manufacturer within the industry
Communicate proactively to existing and potential customers by providing information on Brokerage products and services
Optimise sales and brand awareness at events and exhibitions to promote the business’ activities
Accountable for the timely processing of payments relating to such things as deposits for purchases
Provide marketing with all relevant information for them to actively promote Brokerage services
Be an active and engaged member of the team, working together to proactively solve issues and provide solutions that ensure the marina is constantly working to achieve its goals and targets (quarterly rocks, yearly goals and 3-year targets)
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the customers/company relationship
Prepare monthly Brokerage sales reports as directed by the Marina and Operations Director
