Coronavirus update

Dear customers,

First and foremost, thank you all for your continued support during this difficult time. We appreciate that you will be enduring difficulties yourselves and hope that we may in some way be able to assist you.

As we have previously stated, our response to this epidemic has been changing daily and after a lot of careful consideration we are now announcing that we will be suspending our onsite Engineering & Maintenance services.

As per the Government’s guidelines we will be using the support package provided to furlough our skilled workforce until we can provide them with a safe and secure working environment.

However, rest assured that we still have a small team on hand who will be available to discuss any questions or queries you might have. This team will still be performing regular checks around the marina, taking phone enquiries and will be available should Moorers have any emergency repairs.

Please feel free to contact us by calling our office on 01270 525 040 or e-mailing

We have access to a vast range of narrowboat knowledge, and we will continue to help in any way we can.

Thank you again and all the best,

The Aqueduct Team
