We have reviewed the government’s plan for the next phases of the UK’s emergence from the Covid-19 pandemic; at this time we will not be allowed to open to the general public but we will be able to provide access to our existing mooring & storage customers who have boats on site.
To enable this to happen safely and in a controlled manner some of the higher risk marina facilities will remain restricted and there will be strict social distancing measures in place to protect both our staff and customers.
With this in mind we have produced an “Access Guide” for the marina which you can find at the bottom of this page.
Our security barrier code has been updated and the barrier will be in operation to limit site access. Mooring & storage customers will need the new code to gain entry and will be contacted directly to provide them with both the Access Guide and the new Barrier Code. We do also ask that all mooring and storage customers contact us in advance of visiting the marina so we can monitor visitor levels.
As the nation is being encouraged to return to work, we will do so here Aqueduct Marina on a gradual basis to meet demand and manage the safety of our staff.
Most importantly we must ask you to refrain from engaging with our staff directly, all enquiries must be made by phone, online or e-mail and members of our team should not be approached in person.
As ever if you have any questions, please contact us by calling 01270 525 040 to speak in person or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Don’t forget…. “Stay Alert, Control The Virus, Save Lives”
All the best,
The Aqueduct Team
