Walks from Aqueduct Marina
Why not go for a walk and then have lunch or tea at The Galley? We have six walks to choose from. All walks are on reasonably level ground, but some parts might be wet or soft under foot. Where possible the walks use circuits rather than out and back and alternative, often shorter, routes are given on some:
Church Minshull Walk
Six miles
Circular walk of about six miles taking in the village of Church Minshull and the canal towards Middlewich.
Aston Hall Walk
Four miles
Short walk with some walking along lanes as well as footpaths and the canal.
Barbridge Walk
Nine miles
Nine mile walk taking in Aston Hall, Stoke Hall and Barbridge returning via the canal. Paths through crops may occasionally be difficult in the height of summer.

Cholmondeston Walk
Six miles or four and a half miles
Short circular walk across country from Brickyard Bridge to Rosalie Farm and back taking in Cheshire dairy country.
Rosalie Farm Walk
Four and a half miles
Circular walk of about six miles taking in the village of Church Minshull and the canal towards Middlewich.
Worleston Walk
Six and a half miles or five miles
Seven mile walk using the canal and footpaths to get to the village and different footpaths to return. Includes an alternative (shorter) route back.
