Miss Molly is a 60ft Trad style narrowboat built by Peerless Narrowboats 2003. For those who don’t know; Wayne Payton has been building narrowboats for quite a long time and has subsequently been building for many years now as the award winning Bourne Boat Builders.

Miss Molly like all of Wayne’s boats is exceptionally well built and all be it 15 years old Miss Molly will have many more years of comfortable cruising yet to do.

Originally fitted with high spec equipment, Miss Molly is still regarded as being well equipped with a Beta 43Hp engine, Zanussi washing machine and 3.5Kw Travel-Power generator making the boat almost self-sufficient out on the cut… that is so long as you have water, fuel and supplies.

The interior is of Ash and Sapele with a solid Oak floor; all of which has been excellent fitted and continues to appear in very good order. Throughout the cabin you’ll find lots of storage; wardrobes, cupboards, drawers and shelves.

Miss Molly received a Lionel Monk award 2nd prize at the 2003 IWA boat festival.
